THE DEVICE THAT IS USED TO ASSISTS IN ENTERING AND EXITING THE CAMPER BROKE WHEN CONSUMER STOOD ON IT TO ENTER THE CAMPER. THE MANUAL INDICATES THAT THE DEVICE SUPPORTS A MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF 700 POUNDS. HOWEVER, CONSUMER WEIGHS 190 POUNDS.
