BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT, HUBS HAVE 0.375" MEASURED RUN-OUT: THE RUN-OUT AT THE TIRE TREAD IS GREATER THAN ONE INCH (TREAD WOBBLES SIDE TO SIDE ONE INCH AS THE WHEEL ROTATES. THIS TYPE OF DEFECT CAUSES EXTREME TIRE WEAR, TIRE OVERHEATING, AND RESULTS IN UNSAFE OPERATING CONDITIONS AT ANY SPEED. BOTH HUBS HAVE THIS DEFECT. THE TRAILER IS UNSAFE TO TOW. *TR
