THE TIRES ON THIS NEWLY PURCHASED UTILITY TRAILER ARE CARLISLE ST205/75D15 (TWO TIRES, ONE AXLE). THERE IS NO DOT TIRE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER ON EITHER SIDE OF EITHER TIRE (THE LETTERS "DOT" CANNOT BE FOUND ANYWHERE ON THE TIRES). THERE IS LETTERING THAT SAYS "MADE IN CHINA". ARE THESE TIRES LEGAL AND SAFE FOR SALE AND USE IN THE USA? THE TRAILER MANUFACTURER TOLD ME VIA EMAIL TO ENTER DOT00000000 ON THE WARRANTY REGISTRATION FORM AND THAT THEY WOULD REGISTER THE TIRES OFF THE TRAILER VIN NUMBER. NOTE THAT I HAVE NOT HAD ANY INCIDENT WITH THESE TIRES, BUT HAVE ONLY PULLED THE TRAILER A FEW MILES.
