TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A BRITAX ADVOCATE 70-G3 CHILD RESTRAINT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HER CHILD WAS ABLE TO PULL THE RUBBER CHEST PIECE ON THE HARNESS DOWN AND BITE OFF PIECES OF THE RUBBER, CAUSING HER TO CHOKE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE.
