MY CHILD WAS RIDING AS A PASSENGER IN THE CART. THE DRIVER WAS TURNING LEFT AT LESS THAN 5 MPH WHEN THE CART HIT A CLUMP OF DIRT. THE CART WAS EXTREMELY TOP HEAVY AND HAD NO SAFETY FEATURES FOR ANYONE IN THE CART (SEAT BELTS, DOOR NETS, ETC.). THE CART TIPPED OVER, MY SON WAS THROWN OUT AND THE CART LANDED ON HIS HEAD. HE DIED SEVERAL HOURS LATER.
