TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A BABY TREND ENCORE TRAVEL SYSTEM INFANT SEAT, MODEL NUMBER: TS25751. THE SEAT WAS MANUFACTURED IN APRIL OF 2013. THE CHILD SEAT WAS BEING UTILIZED IN A 2013 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HARNESS RELEASE BUTTON FRACTURED. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO ADJUST THE STRAPS AND UTILIZE THE SAFETY SEAT. THE CHILD WAS IN THE SAFETY SEAT AT THE TIME OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE PURCHASE DATE WAS UNKNOWN.
