THE CONTACT HAD A CONCERN THAT THE CHILD WOULD SOON BE ABLE TO UNLATCH THE CLIP. THE CLIP WAS STILL FUNCTIONAL AND INTACT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND INFORMED HER THAT THEY COULD SEND HER A REPLACEMENT CHEST CLIP. THE SEAT WAS NOT REPLACED.

THIS OCCURRED WHEN PRESSING THE BUTTONS TO RAISE THE HANDLE UP AND DOWN. CHILD WEIGHED ABOUT 11 POUNDS. CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER OF THE CHILD SEAT, AND ONLY GOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE.
