THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HANDLE ON THE CAR SEAT STOPPED BENDING AND THE CONTACT HAD TO CARRY THE SEAT AROUND. THE BAR HANDLE ALSO PREVENTED THE CONTACT FROM SECURING THE CHILD IN THE SEAT CORRECTLY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE PURCHASE DATE WAS UNKNOWN.
