TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A BABY TREND FLEX-LOC CHILD RESTRAINT, MODEL NUMBER CS31068, MANUFACTURED NOVEMBER 8, 2009 (NA). THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE WAS PLACING HER CHILD IN THE CHILD SAFETY SEAT, WHEN THE PLASTIC HARNESS BUCKLE THAT HOLDS THE UPPER STRAPS TOGETHER FRACTURED. SHE STATED THAT IT WAS THE PLASTIC BUCKLE THAT GOES ACROSS THE CHILD'S CHEST. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY STATED THEY WOULD REPLACE THE PART.
