TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A REAR FACING BABY TREND CAR SEAT, MODEL NUMBER, CS31052. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FOAM ON THE REAR BACK RESTS HAD DETACHED FROM THE SEAT. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS TOLD TO USE A HOT GLUE GUN TO GLUE THE FOAM BACK ONTO THE SEAT. THE MANUFACTURER REFUSED TO REPLACE THE SEAT. UPDATED 04/19/12*LJ UPDATED 04/25/12
