TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A BABY TREND CHILD RESTRAINT, MODEL NUMBER: CS41945, AND MANUFACTURED SEPTEMBER 23, 2012. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HARNESS STRAP COULD BE EASILY UNLATCHED BY HER 6-MONTH OLD CHILD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT PRIOR TO PURCHASING THE SEAT, SHE NOTICED THAT OTHER CHILD SEATS OF THE SAME MODEL COULD BE EASILY UNLATCHED AT THE HARNESS BY WIGGLING THE STRAP. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND ADVISED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS FOR THE SEAT. THE SEAT WAS NOT REPLACED.
