Defect. Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2025-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. The winter front cover may interfere with the forward collision warning (FCW) system.
Risk. Interference may cause the FCW system to fail, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy. Autocar will replace the cover, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 29, 2026. Owners may contact Autocar customer service at 1-888-218-3611. Autocar's number for this recall is ACX-2602.
Electronic Stability Control (esc)26V055000

Defect. Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. Contact with the drive line yoke may damage the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) unit.
Risk. A damaged ESC unit may malfunction, disabling the electronic stability control and increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy. Autocar will relocate the ESC unit, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were be mailed March 27, 2026. Defect. Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2024-2025 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. A software error may cause the forward collision sensing radar to fail.
Risk. An inoperative radar increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy. Dealers will update the radar software, free of charge. Both vehicles were repaired by January 30, 2025. Owners may contact Autocar customer service at 1-888-218-3611. Autocar's number for this recall is ACX-2501.
