TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 ARISING 7X14 TANDEM AXLE ENCLOSED CARGO TRAILER. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 70 MPH WHEN THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE.
