I PURCHASED AN APRILIA, ATLANTIC 500 SCOOTER FROM MOTO BRAVO, LLC IN ATLANTA GEORGIA AND WAS TOLD THE VEHICLE COULD BE OPERATED ON THE HIGHWAYS AND ROADS OF GEORGIA WHEN IN FACT IT CANNOT. I HAVE SPENT MORE THAN $6300.00 AND HAVE A USELESS SCOOTER THE DEALER REFUSES TO TAKE BACK AND REFUND MY MONEY. THE DEALER REPRESENTED TO ME THAT THE SCOOTER WOULD BE REGISTERED AND TITLED AFTER THE SALE SO FAR IT HAS NOT AND THE DEALER SAYS IT IS MY PROBLEM.*AK
