TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 APRILIA SPORT CITY 250 MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT TURNED THE IGNITION, BUT THE ENGINE FAILED TO START. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, THE ENGINE FINALLY STARTED. THE FUEL SYSTEM WAS DAMAGED AND CAUSED A FUEL LEAK. GASOLINE SPILLED ONTO THE DRIVER'S CLOTHING. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN DRIVEN DUE TO THE SIGNIFICANT SAFETY HAZARD. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 650.
