THERE IS A WELL-KNOWN ISSUE WITH APRILIA SCOOTERS, SPECIFICALLY, THEIR SCARABEO MODEL, WHEREIN CLAMPS ON THE FUEL PUMP (LOCATED IN THE GAS TANK) ARE MISSING. THIS HAS CAUSED ON MY SCOOTER TWO EFFECTS, MAINLY. FIRST AND FOREMOST IS OCCASIONAL STALLING WHILE IDLING. THE CONCERN HERE (ALTHOUGH IT HASN'T HAPPENED YET) IS THAT MY SCOOTER WILL STALL AT A VERY INOPPORTUNE MOMENT, SUCH AS WHILE TRYING TO COMPLETE A LEFT TURN, AND STALL IN THE MIDDLE OF ONCOMING LANES. THE SECOND ISSUE IS ROUGH RUNNING FROM IDLE THROUGH ACCELERATION UP TO ABOUT 30 MPH. *TR
