THE FUEL TANK IS MOUNTED TO THE FRAME OF THE MOTORCYCLE USING TWO BOLTS AFT, AND ONE BOLT UP FRONT. DUE TO EXPANSION OF THE TANK - 1/4" LENGTHWISE - THE FRONT BOLT IS BEING BENT, AND IS THUS NOT SECURE.
