NAR TRANSFER TO OVSC 02/28/2003. RETURNED, VEHICLE INVOLVED IN RECALL CAMPAING 02V-247. RE-ASSIGNED TO CRD. THERE WAS A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THE FRONT AXLE BEING OVER LOADED, EVEN WHEN THE COACH ONLY CARRIED HALF THE CAPACITY THAT THE COACH SPECIFICATIONS SAID THAT IT COULD CARRY, ALSO THE COACH EXPERIENCED HARD SHIFTING. *AK *JB
