TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 HARLEY DAVIDSON ROAD GLIDE EQUIPPED WITH DNA SPECIAL MAMMOTH WHEELS (NA), PART NUMBER: MS18562242A. WHILE RIDING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE REAR TIRE DEFLATED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER AND DISCOVERED THAT A SPOKE HAD DISLODGED FROM THE WHEEL AND PUNCTURED THE TIRE. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS TOWED TO THE BUSINESS WHERE THE WHEELS WERE PURCHASED AND WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WHEEL WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE WHEEL WAS REPLACED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED ON ONE OTHER OCCASION WITH THE REAR WHEEL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,000 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000.
