RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR CAMPER DEADBOLT LOCK IN JANUARY 2014. NHTSA RECALL # 13V-585. CONTACTED COMPANY (FASTEC) ON 3/26/14 FOR REPLACEMENT. THEIR NOTICE INDICATED IT WOULD TAKE 3-4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. PHONED FASTEC TODAY AND THEIR MAILBOX IS FULL. TO DATE, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED LOCK NOR HAVE HAD ANY COMMUNICATION FROM FASTEC.
