STEHL MANUFACTURING TOW DOLLY TOWING LOAD IN IH-10 W IN LOUISIANA- THE METAL BURRS ON THIS EQUIPMENT CUT THROUGH STRAP, TOWED JEEP LIBERTY SLID OFF OF DOLLY, CROSSED MEDIAN AND HIT ONCOMING NISSAN ROUGE, FLIPPING IT 5 TIMES. KILLING ONE YOUNG LADY (MY DAUGHTER) AND INJURING 3 OTHERS. THERE WAS A DEFAULT PRODUCT LIABILITY SUIT AND A JUDGMENT AGAINST THIS MFG IN ST. MARTINVILLE PARISH LOUISIANA AUGUST 2015. TO DATE THIS SUIT AND JUDGEMENT IS UNANSWERED BY THE MFG WHILE THESE TWO WHEEL DOLLIES ARE STILL IN BEING PRODUCED AND SOLD BY STEHL MFG IN SOUTH CAROLINA. THE COURT HAD AN EXPERT TESTIMONY AND EVALUATION ON 4 PRIMARY SAFETY DEFECTS LEADING TO THIS FATAL CRASH. MFG WEBSITE STILL STATES EXISTENCE OF PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE ON THIS PRODUCT.
