While using this product with my infant daughter, a dangerous malfunction occurred which resulted in a choking incident. The stroller/car seat combo posed a serious threat to her safety, and we are deeply shaken by what happened. Thankfully, we were able to intervene in time, but the potential for harm—or worse—was undeniable.
