I PURCHASED SIX "SIT 'N' STROLL" MODEL 4001 CAR SEATS FROM TRIPLE PLAY PRODUCTS, LLC (FORMERLY SAFELINE) ON 3/9/06. ONE OF THE CAR SEATS DID NOT HAVE ANY LABELS SUCH AS DATE OF MANUFACTURE OR INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE ON IT. (THE OTHER FIVE CHILD RESTRAINTS WERE MANUFACTURED IN 1/2006 BUT I SUBMITTED THE DATE OF MANUFACTURE AS 1999 AS 2006 WAS NOT OFFERED AS AN OPTION). *NM
