The contact owns a 2020 North Shore Manufacturing Company Utility Trailer. Upon inspection of the trailer, the contact discovered that the trailer axle had come into contact with the trailer's frame which resulted in damage to the axle and the frame. Also, the U-bolts on both sides of the trailer had started to wear which the contact stated could lead to a potential failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and was offered a $25.00 check if he were to repair the failure. The contact stated that due to the poor design of the trailer, a potential failure was imminent. The trailer had yet to be repaired. The contact had yet to experience a failure.
