Rear bumper fell off trailer in January of 2024. Trailer is unusable at this time. bumper contains all the lights for rear of trailer. Also bumper stops ( provides protection against cars going under trailer in the events of an accident) under carriage damage. Trailer has been at an authorized dealer since January. Norstar is aware of bumper issues and has notified dealers of such. Our payments on this trailer is over &600.00 a month. We can't use trailer, no end in sight for relief. How do we proceed here.
