Defect. VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRAILER CONVERTER DOLLIES. AN AIR LINE WAS CONNECTED TO AN INCORRECT PORT IN THE AIR VALVE CAUSING THE PARKING BRAKE TO BE INOPERATIVE.
Risk. THE PARKING BRAKE ON THE CONVERTER DOLLY AND THE PARKING BRAKE ON THE TRAILER BEING TOWED WILL BE INOPERATIVE INCREASING THE RISK OF A VEHICLE CRASH.
Remedy. DEALERS WILL INSPECT THE AIR LINE AND CORRECT THE AIR LINE CONNECTION IF NECESSARY.
