THIS TRACTOR IS BRAND NEW, TEST DROVE WITH 3.0 HOURS ON IT, TOOK DELIVERY WITH 3.7 HOURS THE MALFUNCTION HAPPENED WITH 5.1 HOURS ON IT. WHILE SITTING STILL ON FLAT GROUND OPERATING THE FRONT LOADER WITH THE TRANSMISSION IN NEUTRAL THE ENGINE BEGAN ACCELERATING TO 2000RPM WITHOUT PRESSING OR OPERATING THE THROTTLE IT WOULD THEN RETURN TO AN IDLE. IF THIS WERE TO HAVE HAPPENED IN GEAR NEAR PEOPLE OR EQUIPEMENT IT COULD EASILY HAVE CAUSED DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY TO ANYONE NEAR BY.
