Advertised as capable of 60 mph but between 40 and 45 mph it gets a death wobble and tries to throw you off the trike. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? Yes 2 different repair shops said they could not fix it as it was a desige flaw that was not able to be corrected. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? 2 different service shops have looked at . I have been riding motorcycles and trikes for over 50 years and this trike scares me to drive it. I bought it for my wife and I will not let her near it. This has only 10 miles in 1 1/2 years old. Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? It started as soon as I tried to ride this and the sellers was no help when I contacted them with this problem I would not ever get a return call.
