TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 INTERSTATE TRAILER, MODEL ICC1022TA2. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRAILER WAS UNBALANCED AND WOULD SWING BACK AND FORTH ABNORMALLY. WHEN DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45-50 MPH, THE VEHICLE WOULD SWAY MORE RAPIDLY. THE CONTACT WANTED TO RETURN THE TRAILER BUT THE MANUFACTURER DECLINED THE CONTACT'S REQUEST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
