I BOUGHT A CAR HAULER TRAILER SO I CAN HAUL A CAR BEHIND MY CLASS C MOTORHOOME. THE PROBLEM OCCURRED ON OUR FIRST TRIP WHILE ATTIMBERLAKE CAMPGROIUND, WHITTIER, NC.WHILE LOADING MY CAR, IT LOST TRACTION AND NEARLY SLID OFF THE RAMPS. IMMEDIATELY UPON RETURN HOME, I CONTACTED THE DEALER, VILLAGE MOTORSPORT, UNIONVILLE, VA AND RETURN THE TRAILER. THE RAMPS DO NOT HAVE A NON-SKID SURFACE. THEY MADE CONTACT WITH THE MANUFACTURER, WHO REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
