AFTER BUCKLING UP CHILD IN CHILD SEAT, AND THEN SLOWING DOWN TO MAKE A TURN CHILD FELL OUT OF THE SEAT. CONSUMER LOCKED HARNESS STRAPS AGAIN INTO SEAT, AND HEARD CLICKING NOISES, BUT THE PROBLEM OCCURRED AGAIN. CONTACTED MANUFACTURER, AND MANUFACTURER BLAMED CONSUMER FOR CAR SEAT BEING TOO OLD SINCE IT WAS MANUFACTURED ON DECEMBER 3,1996. *AK
