I BOUGHT A EXTANG TRII-FOLD TONNEAU COVER FOR MY 2013 CHEVY TRUCK.THE SECOND TIME I USED IT IN THE FOLDED POSITION I WAS SURPRISED TO FIND IT WAS GONE.ALL THAT WAS LEFT WAS A BROKERN HOLD DOWN CLAMP IN MY TRUCK BED.MY ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THIS WITH EXTANG WAS MET WITH EXTREME HOSTILITY.I HAVE COME TO ACCEPT THE FACT I AM OUT $1000.00 AND EXTANG DOESN'T CARE ABOUT MY LOSS NOR THE FACT THAT THEIR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE.THE COVER WEIGHS ABOUT 100 LBS. AND COMING OFF A TRUCK GOING70 MPH CAN CAUSE A TRAGIC ACCIDENT.MY COMMUNICATIONS WITH THEM INDICATE THIS ISN'T THE FIST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.I WANT THIS LOGGED IN CASE THIS COVER DOES CAUSE A ACCIDENT.
