TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 FLEETWOOD WILDERNESS EQUIPPED WITH A DOMETIC 55 SERIES REFRIGERATOR. WHILE THE REFRIGERATOR WAS TURNED ON, THE FAMILY AND DOG BECAME ILL AND THE CARBON DIOXIDE READER ACTIVATED. AFTER CONTACTING THE MANUFACTURER IN REFERENCE TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 06E076000 (EQUIPMENT), THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT NO REMEDY WOULD BE PROVIDED UNLESS A WAIVER WAS SIGNED THAT RELEASED THE COMPANY OF ANY LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE REFRIGERATOR. THE CONTACT REFUSED TO SIGN AND THE REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT REPLACED. THE SERIAL NUMBER, PART NUMBER, AND PURCHASE DATE WERE UNKNOWN.
