TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A DOREL HARMONY BOOSTER SEAT, MODEL NUMBER 0304003LRW (NA) WHICH WAS MANUFACTURED ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2009. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HER CHILD WAS OCCUPYING THE SEAT, THE SEAT FELL OUT OF THE VEHICLE. THE SEAT WAS NOT EXAMINED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED IN REGARDS TO THE FAILURE.
