Moter malfunctioned the gear that holds my chain in place launched it's security bolt through the steel moter cover. derailing my chain and about causing a crash. I have tried to have the company replace the defective moter but they would rather give me the run around for a year. it has a 2 year warranty. I have over a years documented information of there refusal to honor warrantys.
