THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PLASTIC BUCKLE THAT SECURED THE WHEELCHAIR LIFT FRACTURED INTO THREE PIECES, WHICH MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SAFELY SECURE THE WHEEL CHAIR. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE A DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE PART NUMBER WAS UNKNOWN.
