THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENGINE CONTROL SOFTWARE UPDATE WAS PERFORMED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE SOFTWARE UPDATE WAS PERFORMED ON 5 SEPARATE OCCASIONS. THE MANUFACTURES ENGINEER WAS CONTACTED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE LATEST UPDATE WOULD REMEDY THE FAILURE HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 750.
