NOTICED IN REGULAR MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE PROTECTIVE RUBBER BOOT COVERS WERE CRACKING AND SPLITTING APART, ALLOWING DIRT AND DEBRIS TO ENTER THE BALL JOINTS, CAUSING PREMATURE FAILURE AND HAZARDOUS STEERING PROBLEMS.. CONTACTED SPARTAN WHO WAS WELL AWARE OF THE DEFECTIVE PARTS AND REFERRED ME TO TUTHILL THE MANUFACTURER WHO ALSO KNEW OF THE DEFECTIVE PARTS AND OFFERED TO REPLACE THE PARTS ONLY AND SAID WE WOULD HAVE TO COVER THE LABOR. STILL WAITING FOR APPOINTMENT DATE AND PARTS. *TR
